These last two weeks I didn’t post any meal deals. Why? Because some horrible stomach flu passed through my house (and our digestive system) and I got behind in literally everything. I didn’t even go shopping for myself until yesterday. Without any grocery list or plan. Yes, it was a disaster, and I overspent. Which was a great reminder for me why these lists are so important. It really helps stay on track, budget wise, and keeps my family fed. Sometimes it might not be the healthiest options, but it definitely healthier than a lot of fast food. This week I added a Taco Tuesday night but there weren’t any great sales on that kind of stuff, so you can change it or maybe have a leftover night.
