Why You Should Have A Birth Photographer During Your Labor And Delivery

Hiring a birth photographer has become more and more popular in recent years. I have even seen photo contests for the best birth photography. These types of photographs are still subject to some controversy, but I find them to be beautiful. Although I didn’t have a birth photographer for my first child, I was lucky enough to have one for my second. There were so many beautiful moments that are now documented forever. Read down below to see my birth photos and why you should consider a birth photographer.

Publix Meal Deals 4/27 – 5/3

Hey, Dolls!

These last two weeks I didn’t post any meal deals. Why? Because some horrible stomach flu passed through my house (and our digestive system) and I got behind in literally everything. I didn’t even go shopping for myself until yesterday. Without any grocery list or plan. Yes, it was a disaster, and I overspent. Which was a great reminder for me why these lists are so important. It really helps stay on track, budget wise, and keeps my family fed. Sometimes it might not be the healthiest options, but it definitely healthier than a lot of fast food. Check out this week’s savings down below!

My Pregnancy After Loss Story

This week has been tough for my husband and me. Three years ago exactly we were told something truly horrible. It’s the stuff of any parents nightmares. We were excitedly expecting our second child. Our daughter was ecstatic to be a big sister. But tragically our dreams were crushed at my six-month OB appointment. Our little boy who was just three months away from being born had unexpectedly passed away. We were devastated. But that’s not how the story ends. Luckily we were blessed with our rainbow baby. I am sharing my pregnancy after loss story to bring hope to others in the same, or similar,  situation.

EP#2 | Review of Gone Girl, 50 Shades, Kids Crying, and Drunk Texts

the mom life

The Bad Mom Duo is back this week reviewing Gone Girl. All while trying to have the kids play nice during their play date. We also talk about drinking after you weaned your baby off breastfeeding. If you’re not breastfeeding you could play this drinking game while listening to this Podcast. Rules: Take one shot (or sip) everytime we say “Like” or “Yea”. Actually… no, don’t do that. You will probably, most certainly die. So yea, don’t. Just say no to drinking games. Especially this one. Anyway. If you would also like to read our review you can check it out here. Don’t forget to like, rate, and subscribe! And comment below what you would like for us to discuss next time.
